24.01.2022 Exercises dont have to be intense to get a benefit. Here #philthyphitness is showing Glenys a heel toe walk using kettle bells. She cannot see her feet so the exercise has a high degree of difficulty. We are trying to fix an issue with Glenys's hip flexibility and this exercise is one of the best to continue the improvement. The BOSU assists with getting that balance to continually improve. Adding a functional exercise such as a clean and press makes the set far more difficult with even more benefits.
