09.01.2022 I’m Tegan . . Tegan.... the creative one. She is one dedicated Pod addict! Coming in for coffees even when in labour with her first born! From then on we knew she had to be a part of the team. She has a bright and bubbly personality and is very quick with the reply (especially when her beloved cats are criticised).... She had a brief departure for 12 months, but the cracks were showing and we begged for her return! Tegan fills many rolls at the pod including marketing manager, interior designer, product development, social event coordinator, creative media developer. She makes a mean coffee but do yourself a favour and come in on a Sunday when she is doing the mega shakes (one of her creations) and grab one.... delish. . . Hometown? 06.01.2022 helpful hint . . how do you store your beans? .... those glorious magic beans greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light. to preserve the fresh roasted flavor of your beans for as long as possible, be sure to store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. our advice is to avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee. a cabinet near the oven is often too warm, as with any spot on the kitchen counter that gets a lot of afternoon sun. retail packaging is also generally not ideal for long-term storage so if possible, invest in good quality storage canisters with an air-tight seal and keep them in a dark, cool area ready for your next cup! . .
