25.01.2022 "Posture is changeable. It needs to be. Our bodies are supposed to move! Posture changes because we are not static creatures."

23.01.2022 Coordination can be hard enough in one body, let alone two! Super trippy!

13.01.2022 Contemporary Pilates and Slings classes are currently on hold as I am on maternity leave! Classes will resume in the new year

12.01.2022 Someone asked me yesterday what were some exercises they could do over the break so they weren't "destroyed" when they came back to class. I think one of the simplest things to keep your body happy, would be to sit on the floor instead of on the couch. Getting up and down from the floor uses different body parts in lots of ranges of motion (as opposed to sitting down & standing up from a chair), and then once your down, you have so many different ways you can sit (or lie)! Y...our body will tell you when it's tired of being in one position, so you can shift to another. And there you have it, non-exercise-holiday-moving tip #1. Yay! Thank you so much to all of the wonderful people who have joined a class or 10, you have all been such a pleasure to teach! Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm classes will resume on the 7th of January onwards. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
