20.01.2022 Here are another two swimbaits recently finished. Top is a golden with a bit more green and a striking golden belly and the bottom a mud marlin. The heavy scale pattern on the carp looks great and hopefully these two lures end up with some beautiful battle scars at some stage.

19.01.2022 When the Pimp Daddy model was first created we were lucky enough to have Boothy fishing up at Mulwala to give them a run. On an otherwise slow trip for him, the Daddy got the job done and these awesome pics taken by his best mate Marc were the result. It's this sort of stuff that keeps you working away at the sander and spray booth.

18.01.2022 Surface fishing is about as good as it gets and our Lady Bug is great option for those who need a smaller presentation. When the bardi grubs are hatching or the mice are in plague proportions, the Lady Bug fits the bill. Weighing a very easy casting 20g and 90mm long, we are excited by this little lady. We’re also working on a larger version due for release around November.

17.01.2022 A few of the cod guns with some Pimp Daddy results. Mick Massier, Sunny Martins, Mick Beale and of course our man Pav. Most of these fish came from the Lake Mulwala Cod Nationals prefish or during the comp itself. Blessed to have such gun anglers catching some beautiful fish on our lures.

15.01.2022 A few people have asked about foil lures and how long I’ve been doing them. It all started about 18 - 24 months ago after a few earlier efforts that weren’t so hot. Below are some of the earliest ones I did for sale (a few got sold at the last two Lure Expos and the Cod Opening Classic at Mulwala). The Yowie collection was pretty cool. These were done on the Wilson Slick Back lures, a lure I designed for Wilson’s while I worked there. The Yowie fit perfectly on the wide back ...and also matched in with a character on Hook, Line and Sinker - Australian fishing show called Howie the Yowie that I may have been involved with. I’ve got some special foils coming up for sale soon, and they’ll include some of the Stumpies in the pics. They’re hard work and take heaps of time, but look amazing once finished. See more

15.01.2022 We wish all our friends and family a very happy Easter and hope that these little Easter Eggs will brighten your weekend - even if it's only for a moment. I've been working on wrapped lures for a while now and hope to have some of these lures up for sale soon - I just have to eat enough Easter Eggs to get enough wrappers! Now that's the sort of Easter eggs I think we all want!

13.01.2022 Here’s a Bone Focus 130 that has been painted to resemble a small river golden. It’s great fun working on new colour schemes, adjusting standard paints and learning all the time. It’s part of what we do to bring new options to the market and we love it. 09.01.2022 We did a few of these for some Tigers supporters at the Cod Opening Classic in Mulwala. This set went to Steve Booth and he was beyond happy with the conmbination of two of his favourite things, a StumpJumper and the Tigers. Our man Pav had to choke back the vomit as he made these, being a died in the wool Carlton supporter. Lucky he loves painting lures almost as much as his beloved Blues.
