09.01.2022 COVID-19 Advice People may be worried about catching public transport due to COVID-19, Rest assured that together with the Department of Transport we are instigating best practice and the vehicles used on all public transport are being disinfected daily and where possible more often. We are continually taking advice from the Health and Transport Departments and will update measures as we need to. We urgue you to wash your hands regularly and if you can't then use sanitiser... (washing is best). Don't touch your face Practice social distancing - we know this is difficult on a full bus but on a half full bus we encourage you to try and keep a 1.5m distance. This includes our drivers please stop all unnecessary physical contact with them. If you do have symptoms - Please do not travel until you have spoken to your Clinic/Doctor, they will advise you on the correct precautions to take before traveling on public transport, these will include you the patient wearing a mask and other measures. Please remember our staff have families too and we are asking your cooperation to keep this essential service operating.

04.01.2022 A big Thank You to our Bus Workers. The outbreak and spread of Covid-19 has once again served to highlight just how reliant the public are on bus workers keepin...g the State moving. This crisis has shown the significant contribution that bus workers are making in the fight against COVID-19. For many bus and coach operators and their staff, the community need is often put before themselves. This dedication means health and emergency services workers can get to work and school children can access on campus learning. The focus of bus workers is on getting the job done and ensuring that all our lives can continue in the best way possible. BusNSW would like to thank Bus Workers for keeping NSW moving during COVID-19. #ThankYouBusWorkers #BusNSW #TfNSW #TWUNSW
