Its not necessarily something we think about prioritising for ourselves or our own wellbeing. ... Perhaps we have become too competitive in comparing ourselves with others. Somewhere along the way to "growing up" we may have lost joy in what we once loved. Have we forgotten that sometimes its ok to just have fun, drop the expectations and enjoy simply explore? Playgroup SA are working alongside our friends at Playgroup Victoria who invite South Australian families to join their interactive Playgroup at Home sessions on Zoom! There are a range of sessions to choose from including Baby Playgroup, Move It 4 Kids and All Come Out to Play! ... They also have MyTime and PlayConnect sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delay, or behavioural concerns. The sessions are LIVE and interactive.
