21.01.2022 Throw Back Thursday Today for TBT we have these 3 beauties from 2019. I chose this photo for our TBT because last month I celebrated my 2nd year of teaching and this class was the first class that I taught I am also pleased to say that all three of the girls featured today are still with us is class every week smashing out thier goals. In this particular photo they were learning a bendy style of forarm stand, all 3 of them had doubts on getting that back foot to the grou...nd, but once the move was broken down and a for practices happened all three succeeded in thier goal and got the back foot to the floor. I love this photo just simply because it shows the girls enjoying class and accomplishing something they didn't believe was possible, and that is my favourite part of being a teacher. 19.01.2022 Throw Back Thursday Today's throw back thursday is our Elite queen Emma doing her Twisted Sister. Emma has been with Pole Secrets for 4 years now, I have been teaching her for about 2 years and Watching her gow and change in that time has been a privlage. Emma is now such a strong, talented and angelic dancer and I can't wait to See you smash more pole goals out in the coming years.

13.01.2022 Student of the month for October goes to Maddy in inter 5 Maddison always gives EVERYTHING a go and not just once but she trys it multiple times, she priddy much doesn't give up untill she achieves it. When She does slip down she'll just get back up and do it again. she's an absolute delight to teach,and we love having her at the studio every week. Becky has started teaching again with our Inter 1 class and casually our Elite girls, It's an absolute pleasure to have her back in the studio with us all. Becky specialises in all of the strenght moves and dancing, She's absolutely spectacular to watch dance and preform on the pole or just teach infront of the class. Becky opened Pole Secrets 8 years ago and has danced and taught here ever since, I know she has always been an inspiration to myself and many other wemon

02.01.2022 November student of the month goes to our amazing Katrina, This Woman broke her leg in a motocycle accident about 5 months ago, She was in our preadvanced class at the time and suddenly she had to completly stop everything she was achieving, all goals were put on hold with a very uncertain future in pole. Katrina took 14 weeks off pole and all exercise completly as well as many daily activities and tasks, Needless to say her whole life was turned upside down. Last term we Wel...comed Katrina back into the studio with open arms and even though she didn't come back into Pre advanced straight away the class she did go into made her feel at home. With in half a term Katrina had started to smash through the goals she want to achieve again and even picked up a second class. This term Katrina has entered back into the pre Advanced class again as well as keeping her second class, Katrina is one of the most dedicated, determined, and strong wemon I know, she let's nothing stand in her way and these qualities allow her to smash throng her goals. Girl you are a force to be reckoned with and I know that with time and practice you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
