11.01.2022 UPDATE: WOW all tables booked out in 24 hours (pending payment of 2) Jupiter Creek PC Committee have revised our Fundraiser Night to offer maximum support (b...y all money raised) to be gifted to the wider SA community that have suffered loss due to the devastating fires these last few weeks. The Cook family (our starting point for the fundraiser) has received amazing and generous support already from the hills community. They feel that others, that may not have been so lucky could do with the benefits of this Fundraiser more than themselves. We will now be hosting a Quiz Night/Auction Evening, this will give us a better chance to raise more money with all proceeds going directly to the Bush Fire Appeal (and CFS Volunteers via a ticket entry fee) Revised Date: Fri 7th Feb. Venue: Echunga Memorial Institute. Tables of 10 will be set up for bookings, so bring your friends for a fun night. We have a fabulous Auctioneer Andy Keach arranged to manage our auction items, ranging from $20 to $2000 in value. We also have the kind support of Joe Mignone from Entertaining Events hosting the Quiz and Entertainment side of things. 04.01.2022 VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ Hi everyone, Jupiter Creek PC Committee are currently revising our Fundraiser Night to offer maximum support to the greater ...SA community that have suffered loss due to the devastating fires these last few weeks. The Cook family (our starting point for the fundraiser) has received amazing and generous support already from the hills community since their property burnt down on the 20th Dec when the Cudlee Creek inferno started. They feel that others that may not have been so lucky could do with the benefits of this Fundraiser more than themselves. We will now be hosting a Quiz Night/Auction Evening, this will give us a better chance to raise more money with all proceeded going directly to the Bush Fire Appeal and CFS. Revised date: Fri 7th Feb. Venue: Echunga Memorial Institute. We are still gathering items/gifts/vouchers etc from generous local businesses to auction off on the night. Please come along and show your support and even take part in the bidding to purchase some great quality items. There will be some big ticket and smaller items on offer and a silent auction will be running concurrently. We look forward to an entertaining and fun evening, while supporting those in need. (Tables of 10 will be offered for bookings.) We will also have a small door entry fee going directly to the CFS volunteers that worked tirelessly around the clock to get these fires under control.
