You tweak your store, create seamless UX design, write emails, use high-resolution images, all to leave your customers happy. But if your shipping solution is lacking in any way, your whole effort goes down the drain. When your customers experience your shipping, their experience generates a positive or negative word of mouth or reputation for your store.

04.01.2022 One of the largest causes of low open and engagement rates with EDMs is poor segmentation. If client A has expressed interest and only purchases 1 type of product, then other product offers will naturally show low open and engagement rates from that client. Naturally, campaign results are the FIRST thought that comes to mind - but it is more critical on a perceptual & psychological basis than you can imagine. Simply put, if the communication presented doesn't match the interest and value that Client A has signed up for; future EDM's that match the interest will purposely be ignored, damn. The first step to genuinely improving your low open and engagement rates is proper segmentation.
