03.02.2022 Since there has not been much going on at Farina hq I thought id share what we have been upto. Here is a selection of friut and vegetables that we grow for the cafe some of which are a little different.

18.01.2022 This weeks specials. Orange, chilli and fennel seed marrinated pork belly on a bed of polenta with sautéed fennel and endives. Hand made ravioli filled with scallops, mint and pine nuts in a leek and sweet pea sauce.... Profiteroles filled with cinnamon flavoured semolina custard, served on amaretto and sour cherry sauce.

House made spaghetti with mint, fennel seed and lamb meat balls cooked in a light tomato sauce with chick peas. ... Beef eye fillet wrapped in panchetta, served on spinach and red wine cabbage. Topped with gorgonzola.

07.01.2022 This weeks specials. Pork belly with caramelised green apple, provolone cheese and fresh radicchio. Slow roasted beef brisket with a eggplant and chick pea puree, roast parsnips and a onion and red wine reduction.
