25.01.2022 Getting there with the new boat. A fair bit of time and r&d going into this one compared to the last one.

21.01.2022 Chipping away, getting there. Hopefully in undercoat next week

20.01.2022 Just like that it’s ready for the tie layer!

18.01.2022 A big thanks to everyone that has helped to get the boat this far! We’re getting close it’s almost time to take the deck out the mould!

16.01.2022 We have been a bit quite since the 2019 Dorwin Gold cup weekend (which we placed 3rd in the 95mph class) to reflect and prepare on the future race meetings ahead. This Sunday the team will be attending the Berri race day and will be using this meeting as a tester, making sure all areas of the boat are performing correctly ready for the Melton Gold Cup. We have a big 2 weekends ahead hope to see you all there.

06.01.2022 Getting closer everyday! Have a safe long weekend everyone!

05.01.2022 Berri/Melton Recap: Had great fun at berri racing the Riverland boys and gained information regarding the engine combo. We made some changes to the engine before berri that didn’t gain what we were hoping, therefore the boat and engine was put back to ‘normal’ thanks to the Dean and Justin, for the 2020 Melton Gold Cup. The team had great fun racing all the competition and had even better hospitality at our home club, Melton Runabout Speed Boat Club, coming home with 3rd ou...tright in the 95mph class, Cat Cat Racing in 2nd and Viking 1st. Thanks to the crew, Vince, Dean, Jake, Kris and Paul for their hard work over the weekend, plus everyone else who helped.

03.01.2022 We have achieved a lot in the off season this year having built a fresh new combo for the boat! The engine has been bolted in and fired without any major issues. The engine will be coming out again shortly to change the starter motor and flywheel arrangement as there is just not enough starting power to swing over the new high compression combo. The 20ft mould is finished being altered and ready to start laying up. The cockpit for the new boat is already built and ready to fit. A lot is going on at our racing hq!

03.01.2022 Wax on, wax off. It’s boat building time! 6 years in the making Wonder what colour it will be? Post your guesses in the comments!

02.01.2022 Getting closer every day

01.01.2022 We’ve been under the pump getting the boat ready for the Marj Watson and Dorwin Gold Cup weekend at Adelaide Speed Boat Club (23rd & 24th of November) having a few minor issues that are all resolved and Nick is aiming to do his best and have fun whilst racing in the 95mph class. It is going to be a great turnout so come down and support power boat racing in South Australia.
