05.01.2022 THERE IS ALWAYS A CHOICE! This may well be my favourite quote of all time. Once I truly got my head around this, it changed my life. Whatever the stressor we fa...ce in life, the one thing we have full control of is our reaction. It may be hard at times, it may be challenging, but when you understand that fundamentally you can choose your reaction, it changes everything. Your partner annoying you? You get to choose your response. Someone on social media bothering you? You get to choose your response. This does NOT mean that it is easy. It takes work. Some form of breath practice can really help with this as I discussed with @_brianmackenzie on this weeks brand new podcast.
