Opaque black colour with red creeping in. Darkness follows on the medium to full bodied palate resplendent with blackberries, olive tapenade and effortlessly savoury and stalky bay leaf characters on the finish. Elegantly mouth filling and still quite open in its relativ...e infancy, but I'd imagine this would live for donkey's years. Really liked this! 09.01.2022 It’s a silken Cabernet with pure blackcurrant and boysenberry-like flavours along with subtle, unforced infusions of tobacco, cedar and bay. It’s elegance personified, or at least vinified, and at four-years-of-age it’s still fresh as a jonquil.
