22.01.2022 My work from home space!!! Did my first live stream workout this morning and it was a success.... I may have had a 2 year old in her pjs involved but that is ok! She smashed out some awesome burpees!!! Keep moving people stay home and let’s look after each other!!!

TAHINI & MAPLE GRANOLA All measurements are ‘ish’ (approx) 1 cup rolled oats... 1 cup coconut (flaked, shredded whatever you have or prefer) 1/2 -1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2-1/4 sunflower seeds 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup nuts (I used almonds today) Pinch salt 1-2 tablespoons cinnamon (Mix above) 1/4 ish cup maple syrup/honey/rice malt syrup 1/4 ish cup tahini 1 tsp vanilla (Mix in a small bowl) Combine all together lay out on a tray and bake at 160 for 15ish mins giving it a stir once to get it brown and crunchy! Let it cool then store in a jar! Recipe based on recipie from @thepassionatenutritionist some yummy recipes on her site!! Mine was just adapted to what I like and have in my cupboard. I have this for breakfast (about 1/4-1/2 cup per serve) with coconut yogurt and berries! (I buy frozen berries this time of year as it’s cheaper) Enjoy! Majority of muesli and granola you buy is full of vegetable oils (stay away whenever possible), sugar and other things you do not need in a granola! They are also expensive!This is honestly so so simple, cheap and delicious! Give it a go you won’t go back! Make double will last a couple of weeks.
