01.01.2022 PWCSC PREP MEET INFORMATION.... Attending a Swim Meet from Brisbane? The following restrictions apply for all attendees at any swimming meets in accordance with Restrictions for Impacted Areas Direction No. 2:... 1. All attendees aged 12 and over must carry a face mask with them at all times. 2. Attendees must wear their mask covering the nose and mouth at all times if they: a. Cannot maintain 1.5m apart from others outdoors b. Enter an indoor space such as toilets and change rooms. 3. Swimmers aged 12 and over should wear their mask in between events. Swimmers may remove their mask to go to warm up, marshalling, race, and warm down. Swimmers should then put their mask back on as soon as practicable. 4. Although in the field of play, coaches, club managers, and officials are not in the pool or performing strenuous exercise. As such, masks must be worn if indoors or not able to maintain physical distancing outdoors. 5. All food and drink must be consumed whilst seated. There are some exceptions to face masks, including for people with particular medical conditions or disabilities. If in doubt wear a mask.
