Their subtle movements, their peaceful bubble of protection. Surrounded & breathing in all of that amniotic fluid and then.... just like that we become air breathing humans. Its truly incredible.

19.01.2022 The Eastern medical paradigms have understood #socialmedicine and its impacts on health and well being for a long time. It is something that is part of the consciousness of many practitioners. Loneliness is the shorthand for lack of connection, community engagement and a sense of being out of flow. Family, friends and neighbours have probably always been a part of that encirclement and enrichment of our lives. The challenge comes when we lose them, either as older people or younger people. Thinking about others, giving a smile and providing assistance however small, can go a long way to buffering people. Its so great to see Art Galleries, Museums and other community institutions seeing their own involvement on these terms.

04.01.2022 Only see a qualified acupuncturist if you want acupuncture... Dry needling isnt regulated and the technique is usually painful. Acupuncturists are registered... for a reason! Dry needling is acupuncture without the training and the qualification. And if you have a problem with a registered practitioner of any kind report them to AHPRA. See more
