A kit is $5 or you can just come and bring your embroidery project meet members, chat and have a cupper. - Assisi Embroidery is a style of COUNTED THREAD EMBROIDERY, also known as VOIDED work, the design is left unstitched but outlined in DOUBLE RUNNING stitch, and the background is filled with CROSS STITCH. It is using two colours thread on white or natural background. This is an Italian embroidery from 13th century, from Assisi, province Umbria.
