23.01.2022 This is part two in a series of exercises for the joints. This exercise targets the hip joints primarily but also acts as a toner for the abdomen and lower back. Breathe in and out normally.



18.01.2022 Hello everyone, Qigong will be resuming tomorrow at the usual time. Due to the government restriction you must wear a mask if you want to attend. The public mats are also off limits obviously, so please bring your own beach towel or yoga mat. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow

16.01.2022 This is part 3 in the video series on the joint exercises. This exercise is called "Knee Circles". Excellent for the entire leg from the hip, knee ankle and, all the way to the toes. It does reflexology on the foot. This exercise gives flexibility and strength on all the joints mentioned. Also good for the circulation.



13.01.2022 Hello everyone, as the scout hall in Waylen Bay Applecross is being used tomorrow, classes will be held in the scout hall in Ardross. The address is 14 Collier street, a sign will point you down a gravel road and take you to the hall. Classes will be back in Applecross the following week.

04.01.2022 This exercise is an exmaple of 'hard qigong', part of the Ba Duan Chin or Eight Silk Brocade exercises. This exercise is great for strengthening bones (and increasing their density), muscles and sinews. This exercise also has excellent carry over to actual Archery, for any Archers out there. Please do not attempt this exercise 'cold' but warm up first with 'soft' qigong and cool off with more 'soft' qigong.

03.01.2022 Hello everyone, starting next Wednesday (the 2nd of September) there will be a new evening class in Ardross! The class will hosted in the Sea Scout Hall off of 14 Collier Street, Ardross. It will be in a laneway next 14 Collier Street. Classes will run from 6:30 to 8:30PM. Please bring your own mat or large beach towel, this due COVID restrictions. I look forward to seeing you there.
