17.01.2022 EFT is one of several modalities that are used in counselling intervention, which draws on alternative medicine like Acupunture, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Energy medicine and Thought Field Therapy. EFT has an amazing ability to cut right through to the heart of an issue or problem. Once the issue has been established the tapping of the Meridian points enables the client to reduce the emotion that is associated with the situation. This allows the person to work through the situation enabling them to find the answers to the problem and find resolution through that understanding and knowledge of where the issue was first established.
