13.01.2022 Ruby is super excited. Twins kick off the lambing in our grey Corriedale ewes.

10.01.2022 First lamb for the season - a ram lamb by Superb and Thomas. The ewe and ram were purchased from Jade Woodhouse at Dorrigo back in January and it’s fantastic to have these genetics in our flock.

10.01.2022 The ewes in a fresh paddock ready for lambing. Love all their colours after shearing!

08.01.2022 Our sheep are bloody amazing!! Last night the temp dropped to 0 degrees, a westerly wind and lots of rain - a classic sheep graziers alert. All of our lambs made it through the night! Very unusual late September weather, not ideal for the middle of lambing! The very talented @LizGeddes made these lamb jumpers from Merino wool which I put on our youngest lambs last night and it did the trick! Having trees, fallen logs and rested pasture goes a long way too. Feeling very relieved!

07.01.2022 What a great event this was! Stoked that one of our fleeces was awarded Champion Lamb Fleece - a moorit / brown fleece. Congratulations and thanks to all exhibitors, sponsors, stewards and judges.

07.01.2022 It’s a family affair. I love how quiet our sheep are, they love Ruby and tolerate the new puppy well!

07.01.2022 And here come the girls! Milk Chocolate had a very dark moorit ewe lamb and Kiara had twin moorit ewes. All by the famous Thomas!

05.01.2022 More paddock trees going in today.

05.01.2022 We’ll be giving pain relief to our lambs at lamb marking later this year. Fantastic to have these options available!

02.01.2022 We are well and truly into lambing now. All the ewes and lambs are doing well. With the rain and cold weather on the way they have been moved to a more protected paddock. See comments about each ewe.
