20.01.2022 Thank you for your patience as we have been taking our time to navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 Pandemic and what that means for Reclink Australia as an organisation, and for the Reclink Community Cup series across Australia It is with much regret that we officially announce the entire 2020 Reclink Community Cup series has now been cancelled. This is a significant loss to our much-needed fund-raising efforts of the year and a significant loss to the community spirit a...nd joy that the Community Cup brings to so many. We are living through unprecedented times and we, just like you, are doing our best to stay well, stay connected, and keep up with the rapidly changing environment. We hope you are doing your part staying safe, staying sane, and staying home. We know you are all doing it tough, especially our loyal musicians. The cancellation decision did not come easy. As some States are gradually easing out of restrictions our programs and activities are more important than ever, and we look forward to your continued support. Reclink’s programs will be needed more than ever as the restrictions are eased. The spirit of the Comm Cup will live on. We will be back and are already planning to bring your local Comm Cup back bigger and better in 2021 On another positive note, we are excited to be commemorating and celebrating Reclink's 30th anniversary in 2020. 19.01.2022 Dear Community Cup Family the Triple R - 3RRR 102.7FM Radiothon is off and running! Ordinarily, our friends get around half their income from sponsorship, but as you can imagine, the COVID-19 pandemic has put a pretty big dent in that. Sponsorships can make a huge difference, and Triple R is asking that if you can get on board, you please do so at www.rrr.org.au (no phone room this year thanks to restrictions!) 14.01.2022 Dear Community Cup family Two of our favourite groups of supporters from the RockDogs Cheerleaders led by the fabulous DJ Mermaid and FeeFee's Bar have some sad news, with a good friend of theirs doing it pretty tough as a result of cancer and the subsequent therapy needed. We know some of you will recognise Jewel as the amazing bassist from local Melbourne psychedelic outfit SPAWN! We also know that times are tough all over but if you are able to contribute, please consider doing so and help her fight this scourge. Every bit helps :-)
