09.01.2022 Day 59- So yesterday I didn’t feel super well and end up throwing up but after doing some ‘Wim hof’ breathing i had significant improvements and hasn’t been sick since then ... after such amazing results I’ve decide to do the ‘Win hof’ breathing method a daily thing for at least 3month !!
