23.01.2022 She’s done it again! Massive congrats to Brooke Montgomerie who competed (and got a podium finish!) in the Heysen 60km run on the weekend! Yep, she ran 60km in one go After a rollercoaster year, she’s worked incredibly hard to overcome injuries, put in the many (many, many!) hours of training and got her body in tip top condition to go out and dominate!... It also needs to be noted that she had enough left in the tank to do a TikTok at the 49km mark, with 11km to go Congratulations Brooke on your podium finish- what a huge achievement! 01.01.2022 The one who stayed away saved all the rest Just a little heads up to everyone over the coming weeks that if you are feeling unwell please do not attend your appointment. Id appreciate if you could cancel with as much notice as possible, however no charge with be issued for last minute cancellations. Im not overly concerned about the Coronavirus (probably one of the upsides of living so remote!), but the Australian Physiotherapy Association are recommending that we take... some precautionary measures and all do our bit to stop the spread. So, please stay home if you are unwell and wash your hands frequently. And also, leave some toilet paper on the supermarket shelves
