18.01.2022 I watched these two surfies paddle out today. The first more experienced, negotiated with confidence. The second paddled hard, but kept getting swept back, and unable to make progress. Eventually, he got off his board and realised he could stand, as wasn't in deep water as he thought....but was able to reassess his course and continue on his journey with less struggle, and eventually achieving his goal.
