21.01.2022 Trustees of land held on trust have until 31 July 2020 to advise RevenueSA of the land they hold on trust. If your land is held on trust and has a current exemption from land tax in place, the exemption will continue to apply (if all criteria continue to be met). For land acquired after 30 June 2020, all trustees must inform RevenueSA of land held on trust, regardless of whether or not it is exempt from land tax. RevenueSA only needs to be told once that the land is held on trust. Once we have been informed, this will be noted on our system. http://revenuesa.sa.gov.au//land-t/land-tax-changes/trusts
