14.01.2022 Manunda centre Seniors going over all patterns before training, we are all getting better, this was 1st grade after already doing all the grades patterns to here, great effort from all seniors and black belts for coming in early every night, you are getting more dynamic everyday, keep up the good work, knowledge is power, when you can do all grade patterns from 10th grade to 1st grade start to finish, you are awesome, regards KJN Wayne

13.01.2022 Hi all Rhee Taekwondo Manunda students, remember tonight, you need to arrive in full uniform ready to train, bring your own drink bottle, we need to keep to requirements in keeping the 1.5 m distance rule, I will ask you to ensure to sanitizer your hands or wash on arrival and when you leave, our Safety officer will help you with this, you will need to pick a partner to train with and they will be your partner until restrictions change, no self defense or grappling type techniques, which will leave us patterns and kicking technique training, more than enough to keep us training, parents will need to drop off and pick up only as we are not to have spectators, max of 20 in the Hall at any time, if we get higher numbers, we will look at options to train some outside, can’t wait to see you all tonight, regards KJN Wayne

13.01.2022 Good afternoon Rhee Taekwondo Cairns, we are putting together a COVID plan so we can arrange a grading in September, as soon as we have this together we will pass on a date, on another front, congratulations to Rachel at Manunda for your promotion to 3rd grade, your doing very well, now Rachel will be off for approx 6-8 weeks for exams etc, so study hard, we need a good black belt doctor haha, we are very keen to take on some new talent, so bring a friend along for a free trial, regards KJN Wayne

01.01.2022 Rhee Taekwondo Manunda, we had a visit from a dedicated father and LNP member last night, Gerry Valianos, he just dropped past to support local sport & to support us, he was hoping to see a bit of action, as per the pictures, Gerry was a little hesitant to hold the board while Regional Instructor Wayne, showed him how we practice some boards breaks, Gerry has a son who has trained with us for approx 4 yrs and holds a junior black belt, Nicholas, thank you Gerry for your support and hope we didn’t scare you to much haha, regards the Manunda Rhee Taekwondo team
