13.01.2022 *COVID-19 Update* From 11:59pm tonight, the current restrictions will be easing, and so shall the ones placed in the clinic; as follows: Our doors will no longer be locked, but we will be restricting numbers allowed in the vet.... A maximum of two clients will be permitted in reception, and one per consultation room. To control these numbers, we ask that you still phone us at your arrival in the carpark for your appointment, so that we advise on whether it is okay to enter the building, or to wait in your car. There will be a QR code located on the glass pool gates, and in reception, that is mandatory to be scanned before leaving the clinic. Masks must be worn indoors, unless you have an exemption. Dog grooming and pet chiropractic will resume from next Tuesday, so please phone the clinic or Fiona, if you have been waiting to schedule this in. Thank you again for your patience in these testing times, and we hope that these restrictions will continue to safely ease.

05.01.2022 *COVID-19 Update* To all our delightful clients, we are excited to announce changes to our COVID-safe plan, which will allow you to accompany your pet again. These changes will commence from this Sunday, the 8th of November: Continue to call when you arrive in the carpark, and wait until one of the vets are ready to see you.... Only ONE person can join their pet(s) scheduled appointment. Before entering the clinic, please use the hand sanitiser located near our reception front door. Please phone ahead for medication and food collections, as these will continue as outdoor pickups. Masks must be worn at all times, unless you have a medical exemption. If you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms, or have come into contact with someone who has, do not come into the vet clinic. If your pet is in need of urgent vet care, phone us to discuss your situation. We want to thank everyone for their timely patience during these harsh COVID restrictions, and we look forward to seeing you in person again soon
