25.01.2022 A big shout out and congratulations to brothers Kon and Filippos on their achievements over the weekend at The Hancock Prospecting LC Junior Challenge. Both of them ranked in the Top Achievers for the meet and scoring: Kon - 2@ 1st place and 2@ 3rd place plus 7 PB's from 9 events! Fillipos - 1@ 1st, 2nd and 3rd place plus 6PB's from 6 events.

20.01.2022 ALBANY SHORT COURSE ARRIVAL Are you coming to Albany? Albany Swimming Club hosts this event every year and puts on a fantastic meet so dont miss out! June 30- July 1st. This event is not only for the swimmers but the whole family and an event Riverside has been involved in for a number of years. It is a great weekend and a fabulous team bonding experience building great comradery between us all. And besides the swimming we do throw in some fun get togethers :)... 19.01.2022 School swimming carnivals are all starting to happen. We wish all our swimmers the best and hope they do great with all the hard training they have been putting in. Big Congratulations to Elise with her beaming smile ( pictured middle) for winning Year 8 Champion Girl at Chisholm Catholic College. Elise won 1st place in 4 of her 5 events including 50m Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly and 100m Freestyle and also placed 2nd in 50m Breaststroke. What a fantastic achievement Elise!

19.01.2022 ARENA SWIM CLUB LC NO 2 - Sunday March 25th For those of you attending the meet this weekend. Please note this meet starts at 8:30am rather than the usual 9:00am.... Venue: HBF Arena, Joondalup Time: 8:00am warm-up, start at 8:30am (please arrive by 8:00am to participate in the coaches warm-up) Please check your emails for further information including nutrition and information. 18.01.2022 Great start for the SC season today for our Riverside swimmers Victoria, Kon and Filippos at the South Lake Dolphins meet! Victoria gold in 200 back and 3 out of 3 PBs Filippos 2 golds in 200 back and 100 breast and silver in 100 fly with 6 PBs Kon 2 silvers in 100 breast and 100 fly and bronze in 50 free with 2 PBs Hard training always pays off kids! Well done!!

17.01.2022 Riverside Trophy / Wind up Night 2018 Congratulations to all our swimmers for the hard yards they have put into this last season - Age and Runner up Champions and Star Performers! A vey special mention and congratulation goes to the following swimmers: Victoria Baird - Club Champion 2017/18... Kon Stergiou - Swimit Swimmer of the Year Taylor Rohrlach - John Fussell Sportsmanship Award We are so proud of our Club Captains, River Wernblom and Kon Stergiou, and their amazing Acceptance Speech they each articulated. And thank you to both of them for presenting the Club Champion points system throughout the presentation. A very big thank you goes to the fantastic committee who have worked tirelessly in the background to put together such a fantastic night. And what a fun night it was! We have such a wonderful club culture at Riverside and it was so evident to see on the night with parents, coaches and swimmers all enjoying themselves not to mention the great friendships made with parents and swimmers alike. Thank you to Marina frrom La Cucina Rustica for the delicious menu that was served on the night and also to Ken and staff from Inglewood Bowls and Sports Centre for the great venue. We look forward to the next season!

We have some amazing young swimmers and a grea...t culture in the club across the board. 15.01.2022 So Whos swimming through the Winter Season? The swimming winter season is starting in May and yes it gets cold and sometimes its really hard to get to training but its so worth the effort. Think of all the advantages you gain and once you're there and completed the session you know you're so oh so glad you came! We hope to see you all swimming through the Winter Season

14.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS TO KON STERGIOU - WHO HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR THE ACC ALL STAR TEAM We couldnt be any more proud of our very own Co Captain Kon Stergiou. This guy shows so much dedication and effort to his swimming and continues to push the boundaries. Kon has recently represented his school in the ACC Inter - School Swimming Comps and not only won all his events including 2 personal bests in 50m breaststroke and freestyle, was named Champion Boy AND was selected in the ACC All Stars Team. This team is made up of the best performers across ALL the divisions and represents 72 schools and over 10,000 students. Wow Kon youve blown us away!!!!

11.01.2022 Riversides first targeted meet for 2018 is the Sun Smart Rookie Meet on the 6th January 2018. This is a great introduction for those who have not yet achieved AA qualified times. A member of the coaching staff will be there to support the swimmers. Entries close 1st January 2018.

11.01.2022 Well done to all our swimmers who participated in Swim WA Short Course Qualifying meet over the weekend. Most of the swimmers came away with at least one PB in their events so a great effort to all of you And thank you as always to the parents who take the time out to bring them over the weekend.

06.01.2022 Congratulations to Lily for all her achievements at Glengarry Primary School swimming carnival. They dont have individual champions but as you can see Lily placed in lots of individual and team races and helped her house Banks to win the carnival ! Fantastic effort Lily
