10.01.2022 GLENN BAKER [OAM] TRIBUTE WALL Yesterday we unveiled our new Glenn Baker Tribute Wall at the Ronald McDonald Nedlands House. The wall honours Glenn's contribution to Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia over the past 30 years. Experiencing first-hand the importance of keeping close together when your child is in hospital, Glenn and his wife Beverley, together with a group of parents, raised funds to build a 12-bedroom house in Subiaco. The same group would... later lead the incredible initiative of securing the licence for the house to become known as Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia (RMHC WA). Our Western Australian story as a service provider to WA families with seriously ill children exists because of Glenn and Beverley's vision and dedication to RMHC WA. As Board Chair (2000-2014) and Board Member, Glenn's invaluable contribution has exceeded over 30 years. Glenn's retirement from the Board this year, will mark the end of an era for RMHC WA but his legacy will serve WA families for years to come. Thank you Glenn and Beverley. #KeepingFamiliesClose #StrongerTogether #RMHCWA
