18.01.2022 Salt lamps are beautiful but do you know how to clean them? They dont need much in the way of maintenance but if youd like to get rid of dust, just wipe over with a damp cloth (always remove the cord and globe first). If you have quite a bit of salt residue on the base of, or around, your salt lamp, then youll need a more moist cloth to remove it. Work slowly and patiently, and the salt residue will dissolve, then, voila! Brand new salt lamp

18.01.2022 As those of us who live in Melbourne and Mitchell Shire are now required to wear masks when we leave home (i.e. something covering our nose and mouth), we thought this demo might come in handy for those who dont have a mask and may like to utilise something they already have at home. We particularly love the idea of utilising what you might have on hand, and the use of hair ties. As we have no choice and have to wear a mask, this can be a great opportunity for us to s...how our creativity, dont you think? We can use a scarf, a bandana, a tubular bandana, almost anything that will fit (and stay) around our face. We can also choose to be arty or glam or dull - why not make it a statement piece? Dont forget to wash them after each use and, ideally, dry them in the sun. If you have your own mask creations, wed love to see them :)

Traditionally salt lamp cords and globes have been 220-240V. This regulation was brought in as a safety measure. Youll see that the plugs look totally different, and this is helpful because the 24V globes cant be used in 240V cords, and vice versa....
