19.01.2022 This weekend was a mix of art and fitness for the Peer Support crew on Saturday, the Mixed Media Mosaic art workshop was a hit, with clients creating their own masterpieces using a variety of materials. Louise commented that she really liked the workshop because I got to make choices about what things to use. The Narellan and Southern Highlands crew took a trip into Centennial Park, Sydney on Saturday and had a ball with the pedal cars, followed by a picnic by the lake. E...veryone had a wonderful time, the sun was shining and it was a marvelous day for this outing. Becky remarked that she loved going around the park on the bikes and seeing people riding their horses and bikes. Ruby enjoyed the fresh air, the pedal cars and being out with my friends. This coming weekend will be a music-filled one on Friday, enjoy a scrumptious Italian meal while listening to a gentle set of acoustic tunes, courtesy of The Hidden Wonders.
