24.01.2022 Now I must make sure it’s properly dry before I varnish it and send it off to the #galleryofnsw. The drying time for white paint is 1-2 weeks (oil paint that is), and apparently same goes for gold paint which I used on the edges. All the other colours have progressively quicker drying times from light to dark, with black being the quickest. 10.01.2022 I dropped the packaged painting off to my mum to take to Sydney in the morning. The varnish took a long time to dry in some places though, eg. the edges, because I did it too thick.
