13.01.2022 Cool climate vines // Taking a little longer to bear fruit than those from warmer regions, our cool climate vines include Pinot Gris (pictured), Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. These varieties typically have more acidity, citrus character, lower alcohol and are lighter bodied. Making ideal wine choices for spring and summer dining.

07.01.2022 Spring in the vineyard means our vines wake from their winter dormancy to begin a new growing season. Our farm machinery also kicks into gear with some serious tractor time required to keep cover crops (under vine grasses) trimmed for optimal growing conditions. Our under-vine mower removes the need for chemicals and mulches as it mows to create a healthy vineyard environment and ultimately some delicious drops.
