25.01.2022 ISABELLA 2017 Looking forward to releasing our Left Bank Field Blend. The Cabernet blend was hand harvested on a lovely Autumns morning. Lightly crushed into open fermenters. Hand plunged daily & keep on skins for 2 months. Basket pressed off to season in French oak for maturation. Racked once to blend then hand bottled with minimal sulphur.

23.01.2022 NOAH 2017 Hand harvested in the cool morning for crushing. Fermented on skins for 14 days with light hand plunging. Once dry, basket pressed to seasoned French oak for malolactic fermentation & maturation. Simply racked, blended & hand bottled with minimal sulphur. Releasing soon.

A boutique 2 hectare vineyard located near Yallingup that was established in 2009. It sits at 130masl, has well drained gravelly soil and is organically managed. This fruit was directly de-stemmed & fermented on skins in open fermenters with post maceration for 10 12 weeks. Basket pre...ssed direct to seasoned French barriques for natural malolactic fermentation, before racking & bottling in March. Only minimal sulphur at bottling. The end result? An elegant and punchy wine rich with blue and blackberries and sticky green astringency. Super juicy with smooth, long tannins. Cant be mad at a delicious, organically grown Bordeaux Blend made by Jo Perry. "

01.01.2022 NOAH & ISABELLA All of the fruit from our 2-hectare vineyard goes into our wines "Isabella" and "Noah". Isabella is what we call a Left Bank Blend, a Cab Sav drove Bordeaux style blend. Noah is a straight Malbec made in years of exceptional harvest.
