01.01.2022 I would love to give a 10 STAR if I could! A ginormous THANK YOU to Roxane Mallard from Rox Property for recently selling our Mums unit at Woodville South. Roxy was professional, helpful, reliable and efficient throughout the whole process. She also organised the stylist for the property, which took that load off our plate.... From start to finish & beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble. We only had to ask or mention something, and it was immediately done. She went above and beyond at every chance, and always with a happy smile and full of enthusiasm. Because our Mother had passed away, our family had renovated the unit with love & care & it was emotional time for us. When it came to choosing an agent to sell it, we knew we wanted someone who was kind, caring and warm. We immediately knew Roxane was our girl!! She exudes a caring, compassionate and warm personality & she also shares our sense of humour. She respected our wishes at all times. Her sound knowledge of the real estate market certainly draws a sense of confidence in her ability and she definitely worked wonders in our sale process. Throughout the entire process, we were kept in the loop about every step. She was always more than helpful with advice, but never pushy.
