13.01.2022 - To all our valued guests at Ruby Skies - It is with great sadness that we inform you due to the current COVID - 19 situation we are facing we have decided in the best interests of our staff and clients that we go ahead and close the doors of our business as of Saturday the 28th of March. We are currently contacting everyone individually to notify of these changes and at this stage we will be contacting all of our guests one week prior to their appointment.... 12.01.2022 Wow what a year 2019 has been....salon extensions, sad goodbyes, awesome new team members and Ruby Skies babies Even though we call this place work it really is far from that. It’s a place to be creative, have fun, learn, make amazing relationships and friendships. It’s a place of respect and love. We constantly feel so lucky to have these gorgeous girls in our Ruby Skies team. Thank you for your incredible dedication and hard work. We are truly blessed to have all of y...ou, our beautiful guests as part of our Ruby Skies community. Without your ongoing support we wouldn’t be able to grow and do what we love. We are so grateful for each and everyone of you. Some of you have been with us from the start and others have joined along the way but we absolutely value your ongoing loyalty. 04.01.2022 @erin.rubyskies welcomed her gorgeous little boy Jack Michael Farrell into the world on the 19th November! Both Erin & baby Jack are doing well & we are so happy for them!

03.01.2022 Thank you to our wonderful Ruby Skies Community for your ongoing support in this difficult time. Ruby Skies will remain open at this stage until we receive Government advice otherwise. It is our mission to provide beautiful hair, great customer service and a wonderful salon experience, however the greatest priority in this environment is the health and well-being of my team, you our valued guests, your families and our community.... We ask that if you are unwell or have been in contact with anyone that has the virus or travelled overseas to please be honest and let us know so we can protect ourselves and other guests. I have completed the current Government training on health and safety for COVID-19 and we are taking our hygiene very seriously. Some house keeping at Ruby Skies... We have hand sanitiser at our front desk for you on arrival. Every work station is thoroughly disinfected after every use and before you sit down, along with all our tools. Every stylist will thoroughly wash their hands before and after every guest. We have closed every second station to provide a safe 1.5m distance between guests. Please avoid bringing extra people with you to your appointment. We are now serving coffee and refreshments in bio paper cups and encourage you to bring your own water bottle or cup. We have removed all magazines. Please bring a book or a device and we will provide you with wifi. All towels and capes are single use and laundered in hot water. As much as we love them we have put our beautiful Aveda rituals on hold until we are back to some normality. If you are low on product let us know and we can deliver or post you your Aveda favourites. We understand that at this time it may be your wish to reschedule your booking and we completely understand. Please call us with any questions you may have.
