19.01.2022 What a stunning night for a run! It was hot out there so l wore my vest to have easy access to water. I feel so excited about training in the warm weather. Feels great and the perfect way to unwind after a productive day! Gem

16.01.2022 It’s a frequent discussion here in Melbourne about what changes to life you would like to continue post lockdown. During lockdown l loved my exercise being my focus, particularly long run day. I’ve been used to my days being go, go, go. Even when marathon training l would be thinking about rushing my post run shower so l could get out and make my next appointment or tick off my jobs, shopping etc. While life has pivoted l have enjoyed my long runs so much. Knowing l don’t h...ave to be anywhere post run is bliss. This is something l want to continue. Today we ran at Sherbrooke Forest. It was a crisp day and rain overnight made it muddy in parts. It was so much fun. My happy place with nature I hope you are enjoying your runs and making them your days adventure. Gem
