10.01.2022 Did you know that my Journey into Buddhist Wisdom began in a Nunnery in Vietnam? This Buddhist Nunnery also functioned as an Orphanage to 124 children and 10 house Mums! The Nun who had founded the place as a Spiritual Centre saw the local children eating ants off the pavement. Local women with children seeking shelter from abusive homes also sort out her help.... Before long the Buddhist Nunnery had turned into not only a place to learn the teachings of the Buddha but a place to practise those teachings in real time! The Love I experienced there amongst this huge Family was overwhelming! When I asked about the possibility of Adoption for these kids the answer was Enlightening - There is no possibility for that, Everyone would miss them too much. This Is The Family xoSach

04.01.2022 Why are so afraid of Death? Greg died when I was 8 months pregnant with our second child! I was 25. ... It was an extremely challenging time with ups and downs all colliding! The Gift that came from the experience was life changing! It showed me the Truth that we are All Going To Die and that it is not just for the old! When you see someone you Love lifeless and cold it provides you with an opportunity to Open to All that Life Has to Offer! Standing there, a week from giving birth as I touched Greg one last time I realised that Life is Magnificent Gift and that it is entirely up to each of us how we use that Gift! 01.01.2022 Some days we just don’t want to get out of bed! Some days that’s totally fine! Actually it’s more like Absolutely Necessary!... There is so much pressure to keep our shit together and get up and on with it that we don’t allow time to acknowledge that time is needed to let go or inter-grate life’s experiences. It’s essential to debrief, breathe out and release built up tension, stress and overwhelm. When we don’t we drink, take drugs, over eat, over work or have disconnected sex! Staying in bed most of the day is sometimes the Perfect Answer to the Now! #xoSach
