I am emotional and have mix feelings right now, but as I know all good things must come to an end. @pabu190 had always been a dream of mine ever since I started my hospitality journey in 2004, opening up my first sushi bar. Over the past 8 years, I can proudly say it had exceeded my expectations. We had welcomed over 500,000 guests from all over Australia and internationally. One of our greatest achievements was when we were aw...arded 1 hat by Gault & Millau in 2017. I am thankful, grateful and humbled to have met all the wonderful people along this journey. I would like to thank everyone involved @pabu190, we would not have made it this far without your hard work and dedication.
