23.01.2022 You had me at Bacon BLT Pasta Salad is a favourite with our family You will need ... 2-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta 1 cos lettuce 1 medium tomato, diced 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce Pepper to taste Then Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Then rinse pasta under cold water. In a large bowl, combine the cos lettuce, tomato, bacon and pasta. Drizzle the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce over the top. Gently toss to coat evenly. Season with pepper. The single mangoes are the regular medium size and the pack of 3 mangoes are smaller but Patrick assures me they are nice. Passionfruit are back, still small in size... We have 3 sorts of mushrooms this week. Buttons, Field which are large and good to stuff and small flats which are better value. Leeks are back this week. The single avocados this week are a small/medium size. Lebanese cucumbers are available and lovely. Honeydew, rockmelon, watermelon and pineapples are nice.
