Every time you get a receipt, take a photo and store it away immediately. This takes less than a minute but will save you hours in the long run. 2. Store your receipt in a file on your computer or on Dropbox, Google Drive and organise them by FY then by Month. 3. If you want to, you can u...pload your receipts into MYOB, Xero or another accouting software so that it matches the transaction. 4. Don't overthink the process, just do - and stick to one process.
