21.01.2022 "I recently had cause to make a warranty claim regarding the Fronius Smart Meter. Fronius were less than helpful, however Tony eventually got the problem sorted, taking the initiative to replace the unit while Fronius fiddled around. Eventually they (Fronius) acknowledged responsibility and several weeks later provided a replacement unit. We had already been "off the air" for 3 weeks before noticing the problem; without Tony's initiative that time would have dragged out to 6 weeks." T.C. @ Doonan
