20.01.2022 I was asked to check our CCTV,,,I did and what I saw hurt. I had a feeling something would come from this individual and it has. Nothing illegal had happened in the past but he's been around our city acting creepy for more than a year. ... I had run ins with him and have yelled, cursed and been rightly negative to the point of telling him to leave as I don't want to see him around. I don't apologize for my behavior around individuals like this and I will continue. I know I've had stares from people wondering why I give this male a hard time..... here is why. Well something finally got captured and we can do something about it. This male purposly raised his skirt (?) just before the young ladies and glared at them while walking past...then lowered it once past them. He knew what he was doing, no accident. I implore you....if you see something report it and look around...there are cameras everywhere. Lets clean up our streets and keep them safe. Our police need all the help we can give them.

04.01.2022 Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Of course at first read I was a bit saddened but having looked in to the details I’m more relaxed. Thankfully I can review our cameras and take note of actions and movements. Firstly - none of our staff or owner were seated or watching a video...we were pretty busy as you would have noticed, the staff were very attentive having got your two coffees to you rather quickly. In fact the owner was in the kitchen, hands on ensuring things ran sm...oothly. Secondly - if we notice or have it brought to our attention that someone’s electronic device is disruptive we’ll action it. Usually a polite word is all that’s required. If you felt it was affecting your breakfast you should have mentioned it to one of the staff. You may have noticed the volume of our music is low to facilitate table conversations. (We have several speakers so we can keep the volume low) The music we play is easy listening (no duff duff stuff). Thirdly - sorry you weren’t impressed with your breakfast ...that’s not something we want any customer to feel after a visit to us. I looked into your order and viewed the footage ... a toasted sw, an almond croissant & banana bread. All of these are prepared in house. We bake our own croissants then make our own almond paste to produce a perfect accompaniment to coffee. Our banana bread is our own recipe, full of local bananas and seriously moist..not to mention a good portion size. The toasted sandwich was made on locally baked Vienna bread, not squashed in a press, with generous amounts of filling. Again served quickly. (I took some pictures of these items) We all know 2020 has been challenging...in the 23+ years since opening Salvatores Café I can attest to that. Maybe Christmas wasn’t good for you or you’re doing it tough. I hope 2021 is better for everyone and we can put the last 12 months behind us.
