14.01.2022 Just gona leave this here some useful information

13.01.2022 I always avoid inversions like these, even though I want to be able to do them. I think it's the fear of injury or falling over and hurting myself, such as injuring my neck. It's also the fear of not being strong enough. You need a certain amount of core strength to be able to get into salamba sirsasana (tripod headstand). I want to be able to get into the pose completely. But I would always brush it off for next time to even try, or to practice. Well today I decided to give ...it a go. I thought "you can't get anywhere by avoiding". And I'm quite happy with how it went today, I got to see where I'm at with my body and how far I need to go. That's what yoga is all about, practice and working towards a goal of improvment. If I can do it, anyone can. Also definitely practice against a wall! That helps avoid injury since have the wall to catch you Surrender to fear

09.01.2022 It really helps. It helps shut out the busyness of the mind. You feel in control. I hope everyone stays safe and well in this pandemic. I feel for those who struggle with mental health issues and are forced to stay home in an unideal living situation. Practice yoga, if you have a treadmill, dedicate 30 minutes, even 15 minutes to it a day. Even that makes a big difference. Don't fall into that dark hole. You can do it Even if you can't. It's ok. Things will get better. Hang in there

08.01.2022 3 Ancient Yoga Practices That Will Change Your Life (& Your Body) When it comes to Yoga, I think it’s so important to remember that these practices are at lea...st 5,000 years old. These are tried and true movements that improve flexibility, enhance positivity, increase strength and help us to age with grace. Let’s get into the 3 practices I highly suggest you incorporate into your routine a few times a week. One of which is straight out of the Trim Core Challenge, which is designed to help us slim, tighten and tone our core without back breaking crunches or long boring cardio sessions. https://tinyurl.com/y3j7pjsb You can find it at the link above today! 1. Get Upside Down! This one is important for a multitude of reasons. Getting upside down relieves tension in the spine and neck while also helping to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and fatigue. 2. Do Backbends These magical movements increase the strength of your spine, improve posture and help to increase oxygen levels and the function of the diaphragm. 3. Practice Stomach Vacuums This special breathing practice you can perform helps to improve the strength of your core, and your pelvic floor. This movement is great for helping to slim and flatten the belly while improving posture. And that’s it! Which one is your favorite? Comment below Hugs, Zoe

02.01.2022 Shoulder-stand is the queen of all yoga poses. Whereas the headstand is the king of all yoga poses. The shoulder stand has countless benefits. It has feminine engery and calms/relaxes the mind & body. As you breathe in this pose, it sends the body into it's sympathetic nervous system, reducing anxiety and depression. It greatly improves blood circulation throughout the entire body and improves in digestion. A pre-caution of getting in and out of the pose is the neck can be easily injured. Only practice with a trained professional until you are comfortable to practice on your own.

02.01.2022 The feeling yoga gives you is truly a gift
