25.01.2022 Stole this off my daughters Instagram story, this is her beautiful Gibson Im playing (after the old strat just decided it needed a rest.. I guess its allowed after 35 years ) this is an absolutely beautiful guitar - you never run out of frets !!!

25.01.2022 I first met Lashae a few years ago when she came to the open mic at springbrook and just blew everyone away. Ive seen her go from strength to strength, and this has happened due to her total dedication, focus, and her absolute love of music. (She reminds me a little bit of someone at that age ...?) Now shes 13 and has recorded her first single, and yesterday we had the BEST day filming the video to accompany its release. As soon as I finish the edit yall will get to see this awesome girl and some fine young actors in action

19.01.2022 ASA National songwriters awards last night in Sydney was bloody brilliant. I was honoured to be in the top 30 in 2 categories and in exceptional company with some of Australias best songwriters. Congratulations to all the top spot getters your songs were superb. Fantastic night seeing Iva Davies inducted into the hall of fame and rubbing shoulders with some pretty cool industry dudes.

17.01.2022 I put on a couple of different caps for this project, and am so very very proud of the finished product. My little mate Lashae wrote and recorded this song... I heard it and it just blew me away ! So I said lets do a video its the most wonderful song. So a few caps later - (producer, director, DOP, and editor) Im so very pleased to share this with you. 16.01.2022 Its Grammy time !! Needless to say a lifetime goal for me would be to walk that red carpet, but in the mean time coming in a close 2nd was this experience last year at the Australian National Songwriters Awards 2018 -here on the red carpet with my biggest fan My Mum !!

The Goldhearts (ex Dream Poppies/Razel/Mark Boule) have had a one year break and are back to launch their new single Be Brave out digitally on 5 April. I played this song last night at Springbrook Music in the round and was overwhelmed with such an awesome audience reaction and some people even singing along who knew the words !! 11.01.2022 Beaudesert Rock n Country festival went off yesterday despite it trying its best to rain. Thanks to all who came along and danced in the rain - true festival style Hope we raised a stack of cash for our farmers.

01.01.2022 Absolutely hilarious and wonderful, Gearing up for the National Songwriters awards next week I got a video from my old and dear friend and her family this morning, wishing me luck. BEST surprise ever, they have taped "THEN" onto all these bottles (for my nominated song A Bottle of Then) and in the background theyve hung an Aussie flag saying AUSTRALIA (for my nominated song AUSTRALIA) Love you so much guys, I hope I do you proud xx
