10.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: TWILIGHT CINEMA SOUTH COOGEE POSTPONEMENT We regretfully advise that we need to postpone the upcoming Twilight Cinema South Coogee. This was not an easy decision, however the ongoing health and safety concerns around COVID-19 has meant that it is no longer possible to go ahead with the event. We thank everyone who has volunteered their time already, and will plan to hold the event at the end of the school year. We will cancel the event in Eventbrite me...aning full refunds will be issued to those who have purchased tickets already, including the Eventbrite fees. If you used PayPal to purchase your ticket, their fees unfortunately may not be refunded, but this is out of our control. 07.01.2022 We have the cutest activity this year! All the Years created a sculpture using recycled products as part of their sustainability studies, and so we present Sculptures by South Coogee! Grab an entry form from the Environmental Stall, and go for an adventure around the school to find all seven of them! Random draw will happen at the end of the day using completed forms, and winner will win a $100 The Boatshed La Perouse voucher! Have fun exploring!! (Heres a sneak peek of one of them below!)

01.01.2022 We are incredibly excited to launch our 3rd annual family Twilight Cinema! Get taken away to a magical land during our amazing outdoor experience, including a viewing of the 2019 real life remake of Aladdin! This is a community event, all welcome (but please leave your fur babies at home). Aladdin is a lovable street urchin who meets Princess Jasmine, the beautiful daughter of the sultan of Agrabah. While visiting her exotic palace, Aladdin stumbles upon a magic oil lamp that... unleashes a powerful, wisecracking, larger-than-life genie. As Aladdin and the genie start to become friends, they must soon embark on a dangerous mission to stop the evil sorcerer, Jafar, from overthrowing the kingdom. Come join us, dress up if you choose, and enjoy a balmy evening with this family favourite movie. Well be holding the ever popular Twilight Disco before the movie to get your little ones into the spirit. Well also have performers and performances to keep everyone entertained while we wait for the sun to go down. If you feel like dressing up, wed love that! Well be giving out prizes to the best dressed, most original, most enthusiastic kids there! Of course well also have food, treats, snacks, and other fun twilight glowy light up type toys to help make your night even more spectacular. This is an alcohol-free event. Please do not bring any alcoholic beverages or glass bottles on-site. If you do so you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. All profits go directly to the South Coogee Public School P&C, supporting our wonderful school with learning and support resources.
