24.01.2022 It looks like we have a rough opening date! Of course a lot can happen between now and then, but let’s keep our fingers crossed! In the meantime we are running 1on1 PT sessions outdoors. If you are interested in some one on one sessions over the next few weeks then send us a message!!

23.01.2022 With a lot of people starting the gym it's a good time to look at what constitutes a good training session. You don't need to be smashing yourself into the ground each session or completely burning yourself out. Stop looking at the short term and instead set yourself up for long term success. Set yourself up with a good foundation and build on it week by week. ... Small steps weekly add up to massive results. See more

23.01.2022 Weight Loss isn’t just one big decision. You don’t just choose to lose weight and the job is done. It’s hundreds of small decisions that compound over time that take you closer to your goal. Are you going to cook your own dinner tonight or order Uber Eats?... Are you going to the gym today or are you going to skip your session? Are you going to prepare your meals for the week ahead or just hope it works out? Are you going to go out drinking this weekend or look after your body? These decisions may not seem to matter individually, but if you consistently choose the option that take you further away from your goals then you’re not going to see the progress you want. Start by making one choice that takes you closer to your goal. Then make another. Then make another. Then make another. You don’t need to make the right choice 100% of the time, but if you make the right choice more often than not then you’re going to see some decent results!

22.01.2022 You're going to go through stages in life where training isn't a high priority. You might have a lot going on at work. You might have a lot of events or functions. You might have personal things you need to focus on. Or you might just be a little bit over it and need to take a step back from your training.... That's completely normal. You don't have to be training at 100% year round and you definitely don't have to be on top of your nutrition 100% year round. But it you need to step back from training, you can do it without completely abandoning the gym altogether. Instead of training 5 days a week, you might train 2 or 3 times. Instead of training for an hour, you might train for 30-40 minutes. Instead of counting calories, you might just focusing on including veggies into most of your meals. Instead of meal prepping your lunches, you might just buy pre prepared meals. By doing this you don't completely abandon all of your progress and go back to square one. By doing this you might actually find you still continue to make progress. By doing this when the time comes and training is a higher priority again, you can easily increase the intensity and jump right back into it. If you do find you go through periods where training isn't a high priority, just remember you can take a step back without abandoning it all together.

22.01.2022 And we have a re opening date. Only 2 weeks away! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

22.01.2022 Today marks 5 years since our first session. Thank you to all of our members for their support over the years! We can't wait to get back into the gym, there's plenty of great training sessions and great results to come! We were planning on having a big party tonight, but we'll settle for a few cheeky reds at home!

21.01.2022 Unfortunately with the restrictions returning we'll be locked down again as of tomorrow. Lame. See you all in six weeks.

20.01.2022 A few photos from Alicias Photoshoot and comp. While there’s a little more to it, if I could quickly sum up what it takes to achieve great body transformation results it would be - Long term and short term planning ... - Patience - Consistently - Discipline - A willingness to put in the work If you have these, you can achieve great things.

18.01.2022 If your nutrition has gone off track since working from home then you're not alone! Here are 5 simple tips to get you back on track! As you scroll through you'll notice just how simple they are, but that's the point. When things don't go as planned, you shouldn't be looking for overly complicated solutions. Most times you best bet is to strip it back and get back to basics.

18.01.2022 Well done to Fee who has smashed her 8 Week Challenge! This wasn't the easiest challenge to complete with all that's going on. The last few weeks she had to replace her gym sessions with home workouts, and getting her activity levels up was more of a challenge.Nevertheless she wanted to finish off strong! Over the past 8 weeks Fee lost 4.3kg and a whopping 23.5cms!Awesome work Fee, you absolutely smashed it. ... We're so proud of how you've gone about things! See more

17.01.2022 Repost from Alicia. Little bit of Monday motivation for everyone who has been struggling during iso. This is one of my online clients who has been training with me for the last 12 weeks while stuck at home. ... In 12 weeks she has lost 11.7kg and around 40 centimetres. No drastic changes have been made during this time. To achieve this she has been giving a target of 2000 calories per day, 8-10k steps, and 3 training sessions a week. She hasn’t made huge changes to her diet, as she is counting calories and not cutting food groups out she has still been able to enjoy her favourite foods and has one untracked meal every Friday night. This is only the start for her and I cannot wait to see where she is at in a few more month! Words cannot explain how proud I am of her! Keep smashing it
