We use high end brands including Sothys, Environ & Jane Iredale You will have a passion for the industry as our salon is growing daily, and so you need to be excited to add to your current skills, be keen to grow and learn new treatments, and attend any training that is required. It is important that you are enthusiastic, professional, flexible, committed, and enjoy buildin...g a rapport with your clients and provide exceptional customer service. A passion and knowledge for skin is essential to advise clients with products. Reliability essential. In About the Role: Casual employment - Initially approx 30 hours per week minimum - inc Sat / extra hours as your clientele builds, & in holidays or when needed to 38 hours. No Sunday’s. Hourly rate in accordance to Fair Work Hair & Beauty Award 2010 - level 6 Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Beauty Therapy Minimum 1-2yrs in salon experience. Experience and proficient in: Waxing including brazilians, nails- manicures/pedicures, facials, massage, tinting, spray tans. Experience preferred but not essential in: Lashlift, Make-up, Microdermabrasion, Peels, Oxygen Therapy, LED, Dermaplaning & skin needling, threading hair removal. IPL (training in house upcoming). Dermal therapist qualifications an asset. Admin Skills, computer skills, good telephone manner Customer Service skills a priority. Ability to sell. About You: Motivated & a passion for the industry Confident, happy & positive communication skills Neat & professional attitude & presentation Trustworthy, reliable, time efficient & organised Willingness to learn new treatments/salon processes Sales ability Team player Customer service orientated Reliable and committed
