21.01.2022 After the craziest working week we could possibly imagine, last night we closed our doors to help save lives in our community. At this point in time there are so many uncertainties but we do know that we will definitely reopen when it is safe to do so. If your mobile phone number is in our computer system you will receive an SMS to notify you when we have an opening date. We will also keep everyone updated on this via social media. We hope this move encourages more and more people to stay home and stay safe and thank everyone for their ongoing support

Due to our COVID-19 closure we have 5-6 weeks worth of cancelled bookings that we will be working through rescheduling very soon. This process may take some time so we thank you for your patience

As we prepare to reopen our doors wed like to advise our clients of the changes that have taken place in the salon due to COVID-19 All staff and clients will now be screened and masked upon entering the salon. ... Our childrens play area and beauty room have been removed and are now used for extra workstations. We ask that clients do not bring extra friends and family with them to their appointments to help us adhere to social distancing requirements. To help eliminate unnecessary cross contamination-we will not be serving refreshments or magazines to clients at this time but welcome you to BYO. We are allowing extra time for each appointment for extra sanitisation processes which means you may need to allow extra time for your appointment. Our closure has resulted in quite a booking backlog so whilst we work our way through this we encourage you to message our Facebook page with your details and availability to be put on our waiting list for appointments. We will not be offering any beauty or beard trimming services at this time nor will we be performing any walk in services. We wish to advise that a $2 surcharge has been applied to all services to help cover the cost of keeping everyone masked. The health and safety of our clients and staff is now our number 1 priority. We hope that the measures we have put in place will put our clients at ease knowing that they are in safe hands. We are very much looking forward to returning to work as we have missed our clients, our colleagues and our craft over the last 6 weeks!
