24.01.2022 A big congratulations to this Months Member of the Month, Pat! Pat joined our gym this year in June. His number 1 goal was to shed the Kgs. Which he has absolutely smashed, dropping a massive 20kgs! Amazing work Pat He has achieved this with the help of nutrition and consistently showing up to the gym, where you can usually find him skipping and hitting the boxing bag. He says he loves how local and convenient our Club is for him

Here are some hot tips: get a personal trainer, remember, its an investment into your own health follow a program - its much less daunting being in the gym when you know what youre there to do... people arent watching you or making fun of you - and if they are, theyre assholes anyway The most important one though... Find a place that feels like home. The gym is a place youre likely to visit multiple times a week. Get to know the staff, some of the other members and make it a place you look forward to visiting each time. For me, home is @snapfitnessbeecroft

Set the seat up so your chest is in line with the handles Sit firmly, creating tension throughout your body Grip tightly and push the handles away from you Stay in control throughout the movement. This exercise is safe and appropriate for everyone (including pregnant women ). Make sure the weight is challenging for you, but stay in control through the set.
